From here you have an option to see a sample of the item in person, either decorated with your logo or not. This isn’t always possible if we are on a tight timeline to get your project completed. Where possible, we do recommend seeing a sample first.
Select what item(s) you’d like to order. Email us your logo/art and which product you’d like to order, the quantity, and shipping location and we’ll send over an order confirmation.
Sign back the confirmation OR email us your permission to proceed to production and we will place the order with our factory.
We’ll send you one final paper proof from the factory for approval to make sure it’s exactly the way you want!
After you approve the proof, your products will enter full production and then ship to your destination! We have a team behind the scenes that will keep a close eye on your order from the moment the order is placed to the time it arrives at your door.
Once the order ships, we will send you the final invoice. After delivery, a Sigma Superstar will follow up to make sure you got your order safe and sound!
