07 Aug Hit the Perfect Tone with Customizable Speakers
Bluetooth speakers are such a great promo item that I would truly urge you to consider for your next project. But it can be overwhelming when faced with all of the options available. I wanted to break down some of the categories of speakers to help you make the decision a bit easier on what speaker is right for your next project. Speakers can make great gifts for your team, clients, as high-end prizes or giveaways at events, sales incentives, or employee rewards. Speakers truly can be used for any new project you are working on, so I thought I would share some of my top pics in a few key speaker categories here.
So you want a cool tech item but you don’t want to break the bank? No worries, we’ve got you! We have a bunch of budget friendly speakers that could work for you. But why are these ones so much less than others? It usually comes down to a few factors: the playback time, charge time, Bluetooth range, and of course quality of sound. But that doesn’t mean you can’t still get a great inexpensive option for your project where you want a speaker but you may not have a huge budget. I like this one here, as it’s quite compact, good for travel and a backyard hang session with friends. This one is also great because it’s got a cool, unique and clean look to it, with a full colour imprint. And then this one – we just did these ourselves for a tradeshow and they were a big hit, plus they are also water resistant, so great to have outside or clipped onto your bag during a walk or hike!
Now, speaking of water resistant, there are a few different ratings when it comes to how water resistant or water proof speakers are. Water resistant speakers are great because that means you don’t have to worry so much about using them outside, even if it might start to rain. And not just for the summer, water resistance can also apply to snow too, so great to consider if you are hanging out on the slopes or the ski chalet in the winter and want to make sure your speaker will be all set! When it comes to water resistance and speakers they are usually rated with an IP system, which can indicate how waterproof the speaker actually is. For example, this water resistance speaker is rated IP65, which means it can sustain light water sprays, but can not be soaked, or submerged in water. This is why we would say it is water resistant, not water proof. A nice item to have and if it rains or is very humid or steamy, it should still be fine. Now, this next speaker is rated at IP67, which means that it is actually submergible in water, so classifies as a water proof speaker! So, this one, you could have out in the pool or lake with you while you float with no worries. And then this speaker, with an IPX7 rating, is one of the highest waterproof ratings which means it can also be submerged in water up to 30 minutes. Now that’s water proof!
Mid-Tier
A mid-tier speaker is a great option to consider for something a little more elevated than the basic options – perhaps for client gifts or staff appreciation. This first style is fun because it’s got 7 light modes of changing rainbow LED lights, so it’s really going to bring the party vibes! The dial and cabinet shape of the design of the speaker also gives it a bit of a nostalgic vibe which is fun. I also really like this new style, it’s got a super classy and clean look to it, and it’s small and compact for travel, while still carrying really great sound! And your branding will be nice and subtle on the top. This next one I love because we can do the full colour print on the front grill, so we can get super creative incorporating graphics or full colour designs into the imprint. It’s also more creative with the hexagonal shape for something different and has a built-in subwoofer!
Premium
Premium speakers can be great as incentive gifts, for top tier client or partner gifts, awards and recognition pieces, or something to give when you really want to wow recipients. These options have the best sound quality, design and play time, so recipients will be sure to use for years to come. This rugged party speaker is awesome!
