01 Dec Our 5 Favourite Self-Development Podcast and YouTube Channels in 2020
2020 was definitely a weird and challenging year for many. Unpredictable changes hit many entrepreneurs, while families and businesses had to move virtual in the matter of days. One thing that helped us stay positive and keep looking for opportunities was our strong focus on growth – one of our core values here at Sigma.
Pre-2020 and pre-COVID, our morning team huddles were quick meetings where we shared moments of gratitude and our priorities for the day. We changed this up at the very beginning of the lockdown and we started sharing short videos and podcasts from our favourite leaders to inspire each other and focus on what we could control.
We asked our team to share which podcast and YouTube channels had the biggest impact on them. Feel free to share these resources with your team or reach out to us and we can send you one of our weekly Positivity Workbooks that includes though-provoking questions to discuss in your meetings.
